Please help garden volunteers by reporting graffiti and other issues for City of Oakland via SeeClickFix app on your smartphone or computer or by calling 311. Photos are helpful for a successful response. The more reports the City gets regarding an issue the quicker it will be resolved. Morcom Rose Garden address is 700 Jean Street.
